The Head of Marketing leads a team of thirteen marketing, brand and communication specialists to support and deliver on Ravensdown’s strategic direction.  Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Marketing, the Head of Marketing will set the standard in agri-marketing through the design and delivery of an impactful marketing strategy across both digital and traditional channels. Key responsibilities will include ensuring brand positioning is aligned with stakeholder insights and delivering value propositions for customers both inside and outside of their farm gate.

The Head of Marketing will create a visionary and high performing marketing team that understands and adds value to Ravensdown’s customers.   Working collaboratively with sales, product and digital leaders, and driving marketing initiatives that deliver growth is key.
