The Board of J Ballantyne & Co Ltd is now seeking a new non-executive director. Suitable candidates will have commercial governance experience, be up-to-date with modern retail practice including online delivery and international initiatives, and have an appreciation of the family-owned nature of the business.  Enthusiasm for the dynamic nature and trends of all aspects of the modern retail business model is a feature of the success of the Board.
