Over the next five years we have big growth ambitions in retail lending, funding and member growth. We need an Executive who will be a key player in driving our growth strategy forward; building, scaling, and transforming our business as we work to deliver on our ambitious goals.
As the GM Retail, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of our multi-channel distribution services across our 14 branches, Broker Channel and Contact Centre (approx 140 team members). You will also play a critical role in contributing to the strategy and its execution, as we continue to expand our reach and impact in the community.

Applicants will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated success in sales management, ideally gained within a retail banking setting.
- Success in building, inspiring and leading high performing, professional and successful teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and processes to meet organisational targets.
- High level relationship building, communication and customer retention skills.
- A passion for the SBS Bank’s mutual ownership model that genuinely delivers value to its members.
- Strong community engagement and focus.
